Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email when available.

Black Market Off-Road offers a variety of products, including products manufactured in-house, custom-built items, and products sourced from third-party suppliers.
As a result, certain products may require additional processing or production time prior to shipment.

Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order products may require extended production times before shipment.
By placing an order for these products, you acknowledge and accept that additional lead times may apply.
Because production schedules vary, Black Market Off-Road cannot guarantee specific ship dates for custom-built or special-order items.

Freight carriers for oversized items
Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the products ordered.
Freight Shipments
Oversized or heavy products may require freight delivery.
Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery and noting any visible damage with the carrier before signing for the shipment.
Any freight damage claims should be reported to Black Market Off-Road within 5 business days of delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Additional charges may apply for oversized items, residential freight delivery, liftgate service, remote locations, or expedited shipping requests.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist in initiating a carrier claim when applicable.
Damage claims should be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
