Assumption of Risk

Improper installation, misuse, abuse, failure to follow manufacturer recommendations, modification of products, use outside of intended applications, or failure to properly inspect and maintain the vehicle may result in property damage, vehicle damage, serious bodily injury, or death.

• Towing expenses;

• Labor charges;

• Loss of income or profits;

• Incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
