Black Market Off-Road Return Policy

At Black Market Off-Road, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and accessories.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Returns must be approved by Black Market Off-Road prior to being shipped back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-built or made-to-order products

• Special order items

• Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

• Clearance or final sale items

• Products returned without prior authorization

Return Process

To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Full name

• Reason for the return

• Photos of the product, if applicable

Once your return request has been approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

• An item received damaged in transit, or

• An error made by Black Market Off-Road.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Black Market Off-Road is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
